Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure staff discipline, efficiency, and high-quality food output. - Source and retain staff members to maintain a well-trained and ample workforce, preventing disruptions in daily operations. - Develop new dishes and contribute to menu expansion to cater to diverse preferences and enhance the dining experience. - Manage operational systems by overseeing food inventory, stock control, and cost optimization to improve overall efficiency. - Contribute to business growth and strategy by improving workflows, minimizing waste, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
