Company Description Rapid Boom is an educational start-up founded in January 2022 by Suraj Anand. Now in its revenue stage, Rapid Boom focuses on students in rural areas, including government educational groups such as schools and orphanages. The academy promotes the education of every girl child and has committed to providing free education for the third gender in the country. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder based in Faridabad. The Co-Founder will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, leading day-to-day operations, making key business decisions, managing partnerships and stakeholder relationships, and driving the organization’s sales, marketing, and growth initiatives. The Co-Founder will also engage in research, data analysis, and problem-solving to ensure the company's objectives are met effectively.
