Role & responsibilities Electrical Design & Drafting: Responsible for the design and drafting of electrical schematics, control circuits, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD Electrical or equivalent software. Component Selection & Specification: Selection and specification of electrical components such as relays, contactors, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and switchgear based on application and customer requirements. Panel Design & BOM Preparation: Develop control panel designs and generate Bill of Materials (BOM) for procurement and production. Coordinate with the panel fabrication team to ensure accurate implementation of designs. PLC & HMI Integration: Design logic flow for PLCs and prepare HMI screen layouts in coordination with the automation team. Standards & Compliance: Ensure designs comply with relevant electrical standards and safety norms (e.g., IEC, IS, NEC). Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation including cable schedules, load calculations, GA drawings, control philosophy, and test reports. Client & Internal Coordination: Collaborate with clients, project engineers, and other departments for design approvals, technical clarifications, and site remote support. Preferred candidate profile : Education- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN (optional), MS Office. Knowledge & Experience: Experience in control system design, power distribution, and automation. Familiar with PLC/HMI-based control systems. Understanding of electrical standards and protection systems. Compensation Structure: CTC will be based on the candidates technical expertise and design experience. Two-Phase CTC Structure: Initial CTC applicable for the first 6 months (probation/training). Revised CTC after review based on performance and contribution. Role & responsibilities 1. Conceptual Design and Modelling Create 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks. 2. Detailed Technical Drawings Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and schematics required for the production and assembly of components. Ensure that drawings meet engineering standards and comply with regulatory requirements. 3. Collaboration with Production Teams Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues arising during manufacturing. 4. Continuous Improvement and Innovation Stay updated with the latest SolidWorks features, CAD technologies, and industry standards. Preferred candidate profile Hands on Experience in Solid works & Auto CAD in designing and drawing of mechanical parts and assemblies of industrial machine Skills Needed Proficiency in SolidWorks, familiar with Sheet Metal Part Design and Assembly drawing, Machine shaft gear etc., Structural design with pipes , channels, angles and tubes.
