The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. You will report all financial and operations information to company management and manage the optimum utilization of the fleet for the respective branch with a fleet size of 200 plus. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and route planning of the fleet, ensuring optimum utilization of the fleet, managing driver training, and overseeing the management of people. You will also be responsible for maintaining vehicle documents, validating vehicle repair and maintenance costs, and other branch-related costs. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in a relevant industry. Experience in hiring and training drivers and a strong knowledge of fleet management will be essential for this position.,
