Established in 2018, RampMyCity has successfully made various public spaces like workplaces, residential societies, schools, and more accessible. By offering services such as ramps, accessibility audits, urban planning, and training programs, RampMyCity aims to improve the quality of living for PwDs and enable their full participation in the socio-economic-cultural life of India. *Role Overview* The Manager for CSR and Philanthropic Fundraising will lead RampMyCity's efforts to raise funds and partnerships from corporates, foundations, and individual donors. This is a relationship driven role that involves proposal development, donor engagement, and impact storytelling to strengthen our financial sustainability and reach. *Key Responsibilities* - Identify, research, and connect with potential CSR partners, foundations, and philanthropies that align with RampMyCity's mission. - Develop and present impact proposals, grant applications, and partnership presentations tailored to donor priorities. - Track CSR trends, calls for proposals, and new opportunities in the inclusion and accessibility space. - Represent RampMyCity at CSR events, donor meetings, and sector forums when required. - Maintain and update the fundraising pipeline, proposal tracker, and reporting dashboard. *Required Qualifications and Skills* - 5 to 8 years of experience in CSR fundraising, institutional partnerships, or corporate philanthropy, preferably in the social impact sector. - Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to engage senior corporate leaders. - Excellent written and presentation skills, with the ability to draft compelling proposals and impact reports. Preferred - Experience working with social enterprises, NGOs, or CSR consulting firms. - Existing network with CSR heads, foundations, or donor agencies. - Passion for inclusion, accessibility, and disability rights.
