Role: Responsible for selling a variety of chemicals such as coatings, adhesives, sealants, elastomers and polymers. Meeting Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Sales Targets by selling a variety of chemicals to be used in different industries. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques. Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned leading industrial customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration. Role: This position requires experience in a distribution or logistics environment, a good understanding of warehousing processes and procedures, and customer service orientation. Managing daily warehouse operations, from incoming outgoing distribution to shipping and receiving operations. Communicating with vendors and customers to assure all documentation is prepared in accordance with compliances and company policy. Maintain records of physical stock and other logistics-related duties of all the products. Post-sales calls, Closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction with excellent customer service.
