Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Facilitator, female, ocated in Chennai. The Facilitator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting theatre arts based skill activities and programs. They will engage participants, ensure smooth execution of sessions, and provide support to enhance participant experience. Additionally, the Facilitator will work closely with other team members to coordinate efforts and gather feedback to continuously improve the program offerings. Qualifications Strong organizational and planning skills Ability to engage and manage group dynamics effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in facilitating workshops, seminars, or group activities Adaptability and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team Experience in education, training, or similar fields is a plus Bachelor's degree Open minded approach to learning
