The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include managing staff recruitment and training, maintaining quality standards for food and beverages, addressing customer needs, and fostering a positive dining experience. The role also involves inventory management, compliance with food safety regulations, and collaborating with team members to meet operational goals effectively. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an exceptional guest experience Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers Experience with Hiring, team management, and leadership Knowledge of Food & Beverage management, including quality and safety standards Proficiency in problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
