Role & responsibilities Identify and engage with potential clients for hiring space for services, events, or collaborations. Coordinate and conduct site visits, explain available offerings, and highlight benefits to prospects. Negotiate rental terms and ensure proper documentation including agreements, terms sheets, and invoices. Maintain an updated database of inquiries, leads, site visits, and conversions. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote vacant spaces through digital platforms, in promotions, and partnerships. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, leasing, or space rentals (Retail experience is a plus). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Ability to manage multiple clients and timelines efficiently. Male Candidates Preferred
