Job Responsibility: 1. Complete In charge of Solar Plant (7.0 MW X 2) Operations and Maintenance. 2. Ensure maximum plant availability and generation within minimum downtime. 3. Plan, schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities. 4. Supervise and lead a team of engineers, technicians and operators. 5. Monitor Plant performance; prepare MIS reports and present to management. 6. Ensure Compliance with safety norms, statutory regulations and grid codes. 7. Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors and government agencies. 8. Optimize operational cost, reduce losses and improve efficiency. Key Skill Require: 1. Hands on experience in Solar Power Plant O&M. 2. Strong knowledge of inverters, transformers, switchyards and SCADA systems. 3. Expertise in preventive & predictive maintenance planning. 4. Manpower handling and team leadership. 5. Good Knowledge of Electrical safety standards. 6. Strong reporting and documentation skills. 7. Problem-solving & decision making ability.
