Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive Reports to: Sales Manager / Sales Director Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales. You will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties and ensuring a smooth transaction process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits. Present and promote residential and/or commercial properties to potential buyers or tenants. Conduct market research and stay updated on current real estate trends and property values. Maintain a deep knowledge of the company’s property inventory and services. Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process. Negotiate offers and finalize deals while ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met. Prepare and present proposals and contracts. Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers. Attend property events, expos, and open houses to network and attract leads. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role. Strong knowledge of real estate laws, procedures, and financing options. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a high level of professionalism. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid real estate license (if required by local regulations). Own vehicle and valid driver’s license (preferred).
