Random Rs. 3000 polishing charge applied. This was in addition to Rs. 1000 making charge. Left a bad taste. Charge for what you provide for, at least disclose charges upfront to the customer. There was nothing mentioned on the jewellery regarding the polishing charge. Came to know about this at the time of billing
