We’re seeking a skilled Finance Associate to manage our financial operations and support our impactful initiatives. As a Finance Associate, you will be responsible for managing the financial health of our organization, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, budgeting, and payment processes. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to supporting our mission-driven programs for animal welfare and children’s education. Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping Data Entry Budgeting Overall Finance and Payment Management Financial Reporting Donor and Grant Management Compliance and Audits Cost Optimization Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA Inter or equivalent certification is a plus. 2+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a nonprofit or social impact organization. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel for data entry and financial analysis. Strong understanding of budgeting, bookkeeping, and payment processing. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
