We’re looking for a talented, creative, and technically strong Video Editor who understands storytelling, marketing intent, and modern visual aesthetics — not just cuts and transitions. Key Responsibilities🎬 Creative Editing & Storytelling Edit ad films, brand videos, digital ads, and social media reels with strong visual narrative. Craft engaging story-driven edits that reflect brand identity and message. Work on corporate videos, lifestyle content, podcasts, and influencer projects. 📱 Social Media & Advertising Edit high-performing reels, short videos, and digital campaigns optimized for Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads. Understand brand positioning and audience psychology to make content that sells. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for concept-driven video ideas. 💻 Technical Skills Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve. Basic motion graphics, color grading, and sound balancing skills. Knowledge of aspect ratios, export formats, and digital ad specifications. 🎨 Brand Consistency Maintain Raj Rox’s signature cinematic black-gold aesthetic across all projects. Add creative transitions, subtitles, overlays, and brand animation consistently. Requirements2–5 years of professional experience in video editing and content creation. Strong understanding of digital advertising and storytelling for social media. Ability to handle fast-paced deadlines with creative precision. Good communication and teamwork skills. A strong showreel or portfolio is mandatory. Preferred Plus SkillsKnowledge of Meta Ads / YouTube ad formats. Experience in motion design or VFX basics.
