Video Editor Job Description Position: Video Editor Department: Video Production / Cinematography Company: Rajpal Productions Location: Pune, Camp Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor who can transform raw footage into polished, high-quality videos. The ideal candidate must have strong editing skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver work on time. Key Responsibilities: 1. Editing & Post-Production Edit videos for events, weddings, corporate shoots, reels, promos, and commercials Add music, sound effects, titles, graphics, and transitions ¢ Colour correction and colour grading ¢ Sync audio and video properly ¢ Export and deliver final files in required formats 2. Project Management ¢ Ensure timely delivery of all edited videos ¢ Maintain project backups and organized file structure ¢ Follow company workflow, naming conventions, and delivery deadlines 3. Quality & Creativity ¢ Maintain high editing standards and visual consistency ¢ Understand client requirements and deliver output accordingly ¢ Make revisions based on feedback from seniors or clients 4. Team Coordination ¢ Coordinate with videographers, photographers, and the production team ¢ Support in planning creative concepts and shooting requirements Skills Required: Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve Good sense of music, timing, storytelling & transitions Knowledge of color grading and sound design Ability to work under deadlines Creative mindset and willingness to learn Eligibility: ¢ 12 years of experience (freshers with good skills also considered) ¢ Portfolio of previous work is mandatory Work Environment: At Rajpal Productions, we value professionalism, timely work delivery, and high-quality output.
