Role & responsibilities Servicing / Troubleshooting Ensure proper installation and commissioning of burners / boilers (Oil and Gas) Ensure quick and first time resolution of problems in burners /boilers with minimum supervision Ensure excellent quality of service delivery as per the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) to maximize customer satisfaction Maintain records of work done for clients Constantly upgrading knowledge on technical aspects of burners / boilers including commissioning / servicing / problem solving Ability to understand technical drawings Familiar with boiler instruments and controlling system Preferred candidate profile B.E. / Diploma in Electrical. Experience in Control Panel Prior Experience in Burner/Boiler will be added advantage Able to read and understand product manuals and troubleshooting procedures Able to understand client requirements and take necessary measures Willing to travel extensively Willing to work in night shifts in case of any urgency Very good language abilities in English and local language
