Company Description Rajiv Gandhi National Aviation University (RGNAU) is an autonomous central university located at Fursatganj Airfield in Uttar Pradesh, India. It is dedicated to aviation studies and research and operates under the administration of the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India. Established by an Act of Parliament in 2013 and physically inaugurated in 2018, it is the first aviation university in India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Development Coordinator, located in Nizamabad. The Career Development Coordinator will be responsible for providing career counseling, developing career development programs, conducting training sessions, researching job markets, and implementing job search strategies for students and alumni. The coordinator will also collaborate with faculty and employers to facilitate internships and job placements. Qualifications Experience in Career Counseling and Career Development Proficiency in Job Search Strategies and Training Research skills related to job markets and career trends Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and industry professionals Prior experience in the aviation or education sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or related field
