Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Bettiah. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Daily tasks include proactively following up with clients, identifying their needs, offering tailored solutions, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and transactions. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer service and relationship management experience Proficiency in using CRM software and tools Sales and negotiation skills Knowledge of the automobile industry is a plus Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive approach to work and strong
