Key Responsibilities: · Mix Design Development and Optimization: Creating and refining concrete mix designs to achieve desired strength, durability, and workability for various applications. Ensuring mix designs adhere to relevant engineering codes and standards (e.g., IS, ASTM, ACI). Adjusting mixes based on changes in raw material properties (cement, aggregates, admixtures) or production conditions. · Quality Control and Testing: Conducting and overseeing laboratory and field tests (e.g., slump tests, compressive strength).
