Role & responsibilities Lead and manage all structural construction activities on-site (concrete, steel, foundations, superstructures, etc.). Monitor progress against project timelines and ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. Ensure availability of required manpower, equipment, and materials at site. Prepare and review project reports, MIS Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, environmental standards, and health & safety policies. Lead project review meetings and resolve technical and execution challenges on-site. Mentor and guide site engineers, supervisors, and junior staff. Preferred candidate profile Strong knowledge of structural engineering, construction methods, and industry best practices. Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Effective communication and reporting abilities
