Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and leading a team of sales representatives. This role requires close relation with purchasing team of infrastructure conpanies to align sales strategies with overall company goals. Qualifications Experience in sales management, proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of the infrastructure industry and ability to stay updated with market trends Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage . Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in a similar role within the infrastructure industry is preferred
