Recovery / Collection Executives - 2Nos Location - Pandalam Collections/Recovery: Actively collect overdue payments and EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) from customers, potentially including RC books and other related documents. Account Management: Handle delinquent accounts in accordance with company policies and legal regulations. Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding overdue payments, negotiate repayment plans, and address customer inquiries and grievances. Legal Action: Initiate legal proceedings if necessary, following company guidelines and legal regulations. Reporting: Provide regular reports on recovery activities to management and Zonal Office. Data Analysis: Study debtor's financial positions to identify collection opportunities. Problem Solving: Identify and address reasons for late repayments and Non-Performing Loans (NPLs). Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various departments, including legal, to achieve recovery goals. Social Pressure (in some cases): Utilize social pressure (guarantors, relatives, etc.) to encourage repayment before resorting to legal action.
