Job Summary: We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Online Listing Manager to lead the creation, optimization, and management of product listings across major e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Shopify, and more. This role also includes responsibility for product photography, ensuring that all visual content is high-quality, brand-aligned, and enhances the customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Product Listings & Optimization • Create, update, and manage product listings on all online platforms. • Write compelling, SEO-optimized product titles, descriptions, and feature bullets. • Ensure accuracy of product data including pricing, inventory, and variant information. • Monitor listing performance and make data-driven improvements. • Maintain compliance with each platform’s content and formatting guidelines. Product Photography & Visual Content • Photograph products in studio or natural settings, ensuring consistent lighting, framing, and styling. • Edit and retouch images to meet e-commerce standards (white background, resolution, etc.). • Create lifestyle and detail shots to support listings and marketing campaigns. • Collaborate with the creative or marketing team on brand-consistent visuals. • Manage photo assets and ensure all listings are visually complete and appealing. Performance Monitoring & Optimization • Use analytics tools to track traffic, conversions, and sales performance. • Conduct A/B testing on images and content to improve engagement. • Research competitors to identify content and photography trends. • Troubleshoot and resolve listing issues such as errors, suspensions, or low visibility. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Photography, Business, or a related field (preferred). • 2+ years of experience managing e-commerce listings and digital product content. • Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Shopify, etc.). • Strong product photography skills, including use of DSLR/mirrorless cameras and lighting equipment. • Proficiency with photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar). • Working knowledge of SEO and digital merchandising best practices. • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
