Key Responsibilities Teach core & elective finance courses (Corporate Finance, Financial Markets, Risk Management, Investment Analysis, etc.) at postgraduate levels. Develop and update curricula to reflect current trends (fintech, ESG investing, financial regulation, etc.). Supervise PhD/doctoral students; mentor Masters research projects. Publish in reputed journals; engage in research grant applications. Engage in industry outreach: corporate partnerships, guest lectures, executive training. Participate in service roles: department/institution committees, accreditation, student admissions & placements. Qualifications & Experience Required PhD in Finance from a recognized university. Minimum 10 years of teaching & research experience in a business school. B-School experience a must. Preferably from premium B Schools like IIM's , ISB, Symbiosis, Great Lakes etc Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals. Experience supervising doctoral candidates.
