Job Title: Audit Manager Location: Bangalore Department: Audit & Assurance Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Audit Manager to lead audit engagements and manage client relationships. The role involves planning and executing audits, supervising teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in accounting and auditing, with relevant qualifications and experience. Key Responsibilities: Audit Planning & Execution: Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits across various industries. Develop audit strategies and ensure compliance with applicable standards (Ind AS, Companies Act, etc.). Verify books of account by enabling audit trial. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor audit staff and article assistants. Review working papers and ensure adherence to firm policies and professional standards. Client Management: Act as the primary contact for clients during audit engagements. Visiting client office. Provide insights and recommendations to improve client processes and controls. Ensure the books closure on regular interval and ensure all statutory compliance. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure audits comply with ICAI guidelines and other regulatory requirements. Ensure tax compliance should follow on right time frame. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving audit methodologies and tools.
