We are looking for a professional and tech-savvy Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in computer applications, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a fast-paced office environment, with strong computer skills. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors and clients in a warm, professional manner Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other communications Maintain front desk area and ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times Schedule meetings and appointments using calendar software (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar) Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages Use office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) for document creation, data entry, and record keeping Maintain and update electronic filing systems and databases Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, copiers. Support other departments with clerical tasks and computer-based assignments
