We are looking for an experienced Quality Checker with a background in garment manufacturing/garment houses. The role involves ensuring that all garments meet quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements before dispatch. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail, knowledge of garment construction, and prior experience in quality checking within the apparel industry. Key Responsibilities: Inspect garments at different stages of production (cutting, stitching, finishing, packing). Check measurements, stitching quality, fabric defects, trims, and overall workmanship. Identify defects and ensure corrective action is taken immediately. Maintain daily quality reports and inspection records. Work closely with production, merchandising, and finishing teams to ensure quality standards are met. Ensure compliance with buyer specifications and company quality guidelines. Assist in setting quality checkpoints for bulk orders. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Quality Checker in a garment house/factory. Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and stitching techniques. Ability to detect defects quickly and maintain high accuracy. Familiar with quality standards of export/domestic garment buyers. Good communication and teamwork skills. Education: Minimum 12th pass or Diploma in Textile/Garment Technology (preferred).
