Role Description We’re looking for a full-time Manager to work on-site in Chennai . The Manager will handle daily operations, make sure everything runs smoothly, and that residents get the best care possible. This includes leading the team, planning and organizing tasks, following all rules and standards, and using resources wisely. The role also involves creating a positive and supportive atmosphere for both residents and staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field (Social work preferred) Proficiency in Tamil Strong leadership and teamwork skills Good planning and organizing abilities Clear communication and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of healthcare rules and standards Kind, honest, and empathetic approach Experience in elder care or hospice work is a plus
