Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a CDC (Chief Dietitian Consultant) with an operational background at Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Paschim Vihar. The selected candidate will manage daily dietetic operations, consult with clients, develop nutrition plans, oversee meal preparation, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. The role requires collaboration with the kitchen staff and other departments to maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for assessing nutritional needs and developing diet plans Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, staff, and other departments Experience in Sales to promote the hotel's dietary services and packages Operations Management skills to oversee the dietetic services and ensure smooth operations Project Management skills for handling dietary-related projects and initiatives Relevant qualifications in dietetics and nutrition, with certification and/or professional licenses Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is advantageous
