Key Responsibilities: Collect and label blood, urine, stool, sputum, and other body fluid samples. Prepare specimens for testing using proper sterilization and contamination protocols. Conduct routine and specialized tests (e.g., hematology, biochemistry, microbiology). Operate and maintain lab equipment such as centrifuges, microscopes, and analyzers. Record and interpret test results accurately and report findings to medical staff. Maintain stock levels of reagents, chemicals, and lab supplies. Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste as per safety norms. Calibrate and perform routine maintenance on laboratory instruments. Maintain records of all samples and test results. Follow NABL/NABH guidelines and internal SOPs. Qualifications & Skills: Education: DMLT (Diploma in Medical Lab Technology) / BMLT / MLT certified. Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers may be considered). Good understanding of lab safety procedures and infection control. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to work in shifts and under pressure. Basic computer proficiency for lab report entries. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
