Key Responsibilities:Review clinical documentation to ensure coding accuracy and completeness.
Work with physicians and coders to clarify documentation as required.
Support denial management teams by correcting coding-related claim rejections.
Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks in line with RCM requirements.
Requirements:Graduate in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field (preferred).
Certification (CPC, COC, CCS, or equivalent) preferred.
Good analytical and communication skills.
