Job Description

Key Descriptions:

Diagnostic Interpretation:
Provide expert interpretation of various imaging modalities, including X-rays, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and PET scans.
Consultation and Collaboration:
Communicate imaging findings and diagnoses with referring physicians and other healthcare providers to inform treatment plans.
Leadership and Supervision:
Lead and mentor the radiology team, including junior radiologists and technologists.
Procedural Work:
Perform or supervise image-guided procedures as relevant to the subspecialty.
Quality and Safety:
Ensure compliance with radiation safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
Administration and Management:
Participate in departmental operations and quality control and maintain patient records.
Research and Development:
Engage in professional development and research.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Education:
MBBS, DNB, MD, DMRD.
Licensure & Certification:

Valid medical license.
Board certification in radiology.
Relevant subspecialty training/certification (if applicable).

Experience:
Fresher to 2 years of post-residency experience with complex diagnostic imaging. Willing for night shift from 10 PM to 7 AM
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with various imaging equipment and software (CT, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound, PET, PACS, RIS, EHR).
Soft Skills:
Strong diagnostic, analytical, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Commitment to patient-centered care.
