Job Description

Responsible for smooth & efficient functioning of the Department of RadiologyEvaluating patients medical historiesAnalyze medical images to diagnose, interpret test results, and communicate findings to other healthcare professionals
Develops and monitors procedures to ensure adequate quality control of imagesCollaborate with referring physicians, consult on treatment plans, and provide expertise in choosing the most suitable imaging techniques/testsProvide counselling to radiologic patients to explain the processes, risks, benefits
Confer with medical professionals regarding image-based diagnosesundertake managerial responsibilities, such as planning the workload and staffing of the departmentsupervise and monitor incharges and other junior medical staff

Qualification:

MBBS, MD / DNB in Radiology
