Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Radiographer to join our radiology department at our Chennai Gowrivakkam facility. The candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures with accuracy while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, or other radiographic examinations as required.
• Ensure correct patient positioning and explain procedures to patients for comfort and cooperation.
• Operate radiology equipment safely and maintain adherence to radiation protection norms.
• Maintain accurate patient records, images, and documentation.
• Assist radiologists and medical practitioners during diagnostic or interventional procedures.
• Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of imaging equipment.
• Follow hospital/diagnostic centre policies, safety protocols, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:

  B.Sc. in Radiography or Diploma in Radiography.

• Registration:

  Valid registration with the appropriate statutory authority.

• Experience:

  Minimum

  2 years

  of experience in a reputed hospital or diagnostic centre.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures and safety standards.
• Familiarity with modern diagnostic imaging equipment.
• Good communication and patient-handling skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
