So Interested Candidates may apply and share their profiles on hr@difgroup.in Job description Responsibilities Develop and implement the station's strategic vision, aligning programming with audience interests and market trends Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, content creation, and talent management Lead a team of broadcasters, producers, and technical staff, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration Oversee budget management and financial planning, ensuring fiscal responsibility and profitability Establish and maintain relationships with advertisers, sponsors, and community stakeholders to enhance station visibility Analyze audience metrics and feedback to continuously improve programming and engagement strategies Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards Required and Preferred Qualifications Required: 2+ years of experience in radio broadcasting or a related field, with a proven track record of successful management Strong understanding of radio programming and audience engagement strategies Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing talent Personal Attributes : Excellent communication skills with a great voice and diction. Digital savvy, active on social media. Comfortable with screen presence and acting in videos.
