As a Sales & Business Development Executive at Radiant Techsolutions, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, engaging corporate clients, and promoting our portfolio of IT solutions, training programs, and consulting services. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, initiating contact with decision-makers, presenting services to clients, generating leads, and collaborating with internal teams for successful client engagements. You will be part of a forward-thinking organization that specializes in IT consulting, managed training services, talent transformation, and learning & development solutions. At Radiant Techsolutions, we are dedicated to enhancing workforce capability and optimizing organizational performance through innovative and customized strategies. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, be persuasive, target-driven, and have a basic understanding of IT solutions, learning & development services, or corporate training. The ability to work independently and collaboratively, along with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, will be key to your success. As a candidate, you are encouraged to have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply. During the probation period of the first 6 months, you will receive a fixed salary of INR 15,000 per month and variable incentives up to INR 30,000 per month, totaling INR 45,000 per month. Post-confirmation after 6 months, your fixed salary will increase to INR 40,000 per month with additional performance-based incentives.
