As a facilitator at Radiance A. B. Lodha Memorial Foundation, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in nurturing children aged 3-6 years by implementing Montessori pedagogy at our learning centre. Your responsibilities will include running day-to-day operations of the classroom, observing children daily, and maintaining detailed observation notes. You will also be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of the learning space and materials, creating new learning aids when needed, identifying unmet learner needs, and recommending/implementing new initiatives. Additionally, you will offer environment tours to parents and visitors.
