A sales representative, or salesperson, is responsible for selling products or services to customers, both existing and potential, while building and maintaining relationships. Their duties include identifying leads, understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, negotiating deals, and closing sales. They also track sales activity, manage customer interactions and work towards achieving sales targets. there is no target sales. at least 2-3 years in FMCG candidate is preferable. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow in the sales industry. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships while representing our range of FMCG products . Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various channels like cold calling, networking, and referrals. Building Relationships: Establishing rapport with new and existing clients to understand their needs and foster long-term loyalty. Sales Process Management: Guiding prospects through the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing the deal, often involving product demonstrations and presentations. Product Knowledge: Maintaining a thorough understanding of the products or services being sold, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Closing Sales: Negotiating prices, terms, and closing deals while ensuring a positive customer experience. Customer Relationship Management: Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and identify future sales opportunities. Sales Reporting: Tracking sales activity, analysing performance, and reporting on progress to management. Meeting Sales Targets: Working towards achieving or exceeding sales quotas and contributing to overall revenue growth. Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and potential new business opportunities. Collaboration: Working with other sales team members and departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
