Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Coating Inspector located in Silvassa. The Coating Inspector will be responsible for inspecting and ensuring that all coating processes meet quality control standards. Daily tasks include supervising coating applications, performing quality checks, and collaborating with the team to maintain high standards. The role requires monitoring paint and insulation processes and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills to oversee coating processes and team activities Knowledge of Paint and Coating applications, including different types of coatings and their uses Experience in Insulation processes and quality control measures Effective Quality Control skills to ensure adherence to standards and specifications Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Relevant certifications or training in coatings or related fields is beneficial Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
