As we grow, we're looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager who can truly understand our brand, craft content that aligns with our identity, and build a strong online presence. Your job will be to bridge strategy with execution—keeping our brand ahead of the curve at all times. POSITION OVERVIEW: We're looking for a Social Media Manager who’s part content strategist, part trend-spotter, and full-time creative doer. You should be someone who not only understands the aesthetic but knows why you're posting what you're posting. You'll work closely with our designers and editors to create impactful, engaging content that drives organic impressions. You’ll be responsible for ideating and executing scroll-stopping reels and visuals that reflect our brand and keep the audience hooked till the end. From generating content to final posting—every step of the social media flow will be in your hands. Strong timeline management and collaboration skills are a must. If you're someone who spots a trend before it hits Explore, appreciates great design, and knows how to keep workflows organized and fun—this role is made for you. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Social Media Strategy & Planning • Develop monthly content calendars and social media plans across all platforms. • Ideate and plan creative campaign strategies in sync with current trends and brand goals. • Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging tools, and viral formats. 2. Content Creation & Copywriting • Write engaging, platform-specific copy for posts, reels, ads, stories, carousels, bios, and captions. • Coordinate with designers, video editors, and external consultants to bring content to life. • Review and get approvals for all creatives before publishing. 3. Trend Spotting & Engagement • Monitor industry trends and ensure we participate in relevant ones before they go mainstream. • Suggest reactive content ideas based on topical moments. 4. Team Coordination & Communication • Act as the bridge between our consultants, creative team, and internal stakeholders. • Clearly brief tasks and creative direction to team members. • Ensure smooth execution of deliverables, following timelines and feedback loops. 5. Account & Data Management • Maintain a regularly updated log of all active accounts, handles, passwords, bios, and data. • Track and ensure all scheduled content is posted as per calendar timelines. • Own the responsibility of ensuring consistency and accuracy across brand pages. 6. Performance & Optimization • Track basic analytics on content performance (reach, engagement, saves, etc.). • Share inputs with the team to tweak creative direction or posting schedules. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic planning and execution in the events industry. Key Responsibilities • Business Development Strategy : Design and implement growth strategies aligned with the company’s vision and targets. Identify new market segments and create plans to capture them effectively. • Lead Generation & Client Prospecting : Conduct detailed market research to identify leads and new business opportunities. Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, events, and digital channels. • Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients. Understand client objectives and offer tailored event solutions that align with their goals. • Contract Negotiation : Manage the entire sales cycle, including pricing, contract negotiations, and closure while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines. • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams—creative, marketing, event planning, and operations—to ensure client expectations are exceeded. • Reporting & Revenue Forecasting : Maintain and share detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline development, revenue forecasts, and client acquisition metrics. • Industry Networking : Represent the company at industry forums, exhibitions, and events to build brand awareness and create new business opportunities. • Client Retention & Upselling : Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling additional services and ensuring repeat business. • Market Intelligence : Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving client demands to help refine business strategies and event offerings. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field. • 3–4 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the events, marketing, or media industry. • Strong knowledge of event planning processes and client servicing best practices. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment. • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. • High energy, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
