Project Planning & Execution Supervise and manage execution of civil works (structural, finishing, external development) for high-rise and township projects. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project timelines. Plan daily/weekly site activities, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Quality & Safety Management Monitor construction quality, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to IS codes, NBC, and other relevant standards. Ensure strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols on-site. Coordination Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors. Attend project review meetings and provide progress reports. Resource Management Manage manpower, machinery, and material efficiently. Verify contractors work, measure quantities, and certify bills. Technical Expertise Resolve technical issues, review drawings, and suggest cost-effective solutions. Ensure RCC, formwork, reinforcement, concrete, masonry, plastering, and finishing works are executed within quality norms. Documentation & Reporting Maintain DPR (Daily Progress Reports), QA/QC records, and site documentation. Assist in project cost control, budgeting, and timely billing.
