Role & responsibilities Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI . Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and finance. Develop data models and optimize data sources for efficient report generation. Integrate data from ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) , MES, SCADA, and other manufacturing systems. Write complex DAX queries to support analytical insights. Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity. Implement row-level security (RLS) and user access roles. Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and business units to ensure effective BI solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues in Power BI reports and datasets. Stay current with Power BI and related Microsoft technologies to implement best practices. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in Power BI development and data warehousing. Proficient in DAX , Power Query (M) , and advanced Power BI functionalities. Strong expertise in SQL , data modeling , and dimensional modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas) . Experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Talend, Informatica). Familiarity with manufacturing data such as production metrics, inventory, downtime, OEE, and quality KPIs. Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
