R2B Solution Expert (SAP-RE/PM).

We are seeking an Real estate to Business (R2B) solution expert covering knowledge in SAP RE-FX (Real estate or SAP-PM (Plant Maintenance) to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in SAP real estate or plant maintenance, demonstrating a proven track record in implementing and supporting Real estate to Business (R2B) solution across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to plant maintenance and translate them into SAP RE-FX or PM solutions.

• Configure and customize SAP PM modules to align with business processes.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP PM applications.

• Conduct training sessions for users and develop training materials.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to maintenance activities.

• Create and modify equipment and line structures within the SAP PM module.

• Define and maintain maintenance information, including task lists and documents.

• Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for timely execution.

• Manage dispatching of tasks and handle escalation and reassignment management.

• Execute maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Oversee asset deactivation processes and ensure proper documentation.

• Collaborate with SAP FI, CO, MM, and QM teams for accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience :

5 to 10 years of experience in SAP PM module implementation and support.

Mandatory/requires Skills :

SAP-PM (Plant Maintenance)

Preferred Skills :

SAP RE-FX (Real estate) or SAP-PM (Plant Maintenance)
