Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inbound Telecaller to handle incoming calls from customers, resolve queries, and provide accurate information about our products/services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-first approach. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally Understand customer inquiries and provide accurate information Resolve customer issues or route them to the appropriate department Maintain call records and update customer databases Follow up on queries if required Provide product or service information clearly and confidently Maintain a positive and respectful tone with all callers Achieve quality targets for call handling and customer satisfaction Requirements: Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred) Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (other regional languages are a plus) Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills Previous experience in customer service or call center is a plus Pleasant voice, active listening skills, and problem-solving attitude Female/Male candidates both can apply (as per company preference) Job Highlights: Office-based job (no field work) Fixed shift/day shift (as applicable) Incentives based on performance (if applicable) Training provided for freshers Friendly and supportive work environment
