R Programmer

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional with 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in programming (R or Python), excellent problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to work. You will be responsible for analyzing data, deriving insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to generate meaningful insights and business recommendations.
• Develop and maintain analytical models, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Write clean, efficient code in

  Python

  or

  R

  for data analysis and automation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes using data-driven approaches.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Present analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• B.Tech / M.Tech from

  IIT

  or equivalent premier institute.

• 1–3 years

  of experience in data analytics, data science, or related roles.
• Proficiency in

  Python

  or

  R

  for data analysis, automation, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning skills.
• Proven problem-solving ability and logical thinking.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data handling concepts.
• Databricks knowledge is a huge plus

Nice to Have

• Experience or exposure to the

  FinTech domain

  or financial data analytics.
