Job Description: Leadership Role – Mycorrhiza Research & R&D; Company: Kay Bee Bio-Organic Website: https://kaybeebio.com/ Department: Research & Development Position: Mycorrhiza R&D; Lead / Head – Mycorrhiza Research Location: Pune (Corporate Office) R&D; / Plant Location: Phaltan Position Overview The Mycorrhiza R&D; Lead will drive scientific innovation, product development, and process optimization for Kay Bee Bio-Organic’s mycorrhiza-based biofertilizer portfolio. This leadership role requires strong expertise in microbial/soil biology, development of mycorrhizal formulations, and R&D; team management. Key Responsibilities 1. R&D; Leadership & Strategy- Lead the end-to-end research program for Mycorrhiza.- Develop and execute R&D; strategies aligned with company goals. 2. Product Development- Design and develop new mycorrhiza-based products.- Improve strains for spore count, shelf life, performance, and production. 3. Laboratory & Production Process Excellence- Oversee lab experiments and QC.- Collaborate with production teams at Phaltan. 4. Research Execution & Data Management- Plan and monitor experiments, pot trials, and field trials. 5. Team Management & Collaboration- Lead and mentor R&D; staff.- Coordinate with agronomy, production, and marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
