** Immediate joiners preferred We are looking for a seasoned and passionate Senior Mobile Developer (SD3) with 5 to 8 years of professional experience in mobile app development, including extensive hands-on experience with React Native . You will play a leadership role in designing, developing, and scaling high-quality mobile applications for customers in the Insurance and BFSI sector. As a senior engineer, you will drive architectural decisions, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices are upheld throughout the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and enhancement of complex, scalable React Native mobile applications. Architect and implement modern, secure, and maintainable mobile solutions across Android and iOS platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX/UI designers, QA, and backend engineers. Define and enforce coding standards, mobile architecture best practices, and performance benchmarks. Integrate third-party services, SDKs, and native modules with efficiency and care. Ensure app performance, reliability, and security standards are met. Drive code reviews, CI/CD implementation, and continuous improvement efforts. Manage app store deployments, release planning, and troubleshooting production issues. Mentor and support junior and mid-level mobile developers in the team. Required Qualifications 5-8 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development. Minimum 3 years of React Native development experience with deep technical understanding. Proven track record of delivering cross-platform apps in production, preferably in the Insurance or BFSI domain. Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. Expertise in state management (Redux/MobX), navigation patterns, and asynchronous data handling. Familiarity with React Native CLI, Expo, and native code integration (Android/iOS). Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration. Experience with mobile architecture patterns like MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture. Thorough knowledge of UI/UX best practices, accessibility, and mobile platform guidelines. Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like Git, Jira, and Confluence. Preferred Skills Experience with Firebase, push notifications, deep linking, and real-time data sync. Expertise in performance profiling, crash analytics, and debugging tools. Familiarity with CI/CD workflows using Fastlane, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions. Exposure to React.js for web and monorepo-based architecture is a plus. Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
