Cross-sell banking products like insurance, investments, loans, and credit cards. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high client retention rates. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism. Candidate Requirements : Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream. 2 years of experience in banking sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in local language preferred. Should be target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
