We’re looking for someone who can help us identify the right traits to measure, design a clear scoring logic, and work with our team to turn quiz responses into actionable insights. Psychometrician – Core Team Role (High-Impact MVP Build) 🚀 About the Opportunity We are an early-stage venture working on a patent-pending psychographic profiling system designed to change how decisions, campaigns, and communication are understood in India. At this stage, we are building a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to demonstrate the concept to investors and stakeholders. We are not looking for a freelancer — we’re looking for a psychometrician who wants to shape something groundbreaking from the ground up , with potential long-term involvement and stake.
