Job Description; We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead/Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user-centric digital experiences for both mobile applications and web platforms. As a Lead/Senior UI/UX Designer, you will take ownership of the design process, lead a team of designers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, engaging, and innovative user interfaces. Responsibilities: Design Leadership involving leading and mentoring a team of UX / UX designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the team delivers high-quality designs. Establish and maintain design standards, ensuring consistency across all mobile and web applications. User Experience Strategy to define and execute the user experience strategy in alignment with product and business goals. Conduct user research, create personas, and develop user journey maps to guide design decisions. UI/UX Designfor delivery of high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for mobile applications and web platforms. Ensuring that designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various devices and screen sizes. Collaboration & Communication with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with the overall product vision. Present design concepts and articulate design rationale to stakeholders and team members. User Testing & Iteration for planning and conducting usability testing to gather user feedback and iterate on designs based on insights and data. Continuously improve the user experience by incorporating user feedback, data analytics, and best practices. Design System & Documentation Development, maintaining and evolving a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency across all platforms. Document design processes, guidelines, and standards to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding. Project Management for Managing and prioritizing design projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high design quality. Work closely with project managers to ensure alignment with timelines and deliverables. Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers. Qualifications ; Education: - Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience(5+ years) as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects. Demonstrated experience in designing for both mobile applications (iOS/Android) and web platforms. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills including examples of mobile and web applications Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar. Deep understanding of mobile-first design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. - Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Strong analytical skills, creative & mindset and a user-centric approach to design. Technical Skills; Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Knowledge of design thinking methodologies. Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions. Experience in creating and managing design systems. About the Role We re looking for a hands-on Machine Learning Engineer with 3 5 years of experience to join our growing R&D team. You ll play a critical role in developing and optimizing models that analyze real-time sensor data to extract meaningful patterns, trends, and insights. Your work will directly impact core product features used in real-world applications. This role requires strong data intuition, experience with time-series or sensor-based data, and a desire to build robust and scalable ML systems. You ll collaborate with hardware, software, and domain experts to bring end-to-end solutions to life. Key Responsibilities Analyze and model real-time sensor data to detect events, classify patterns, and predict behaviors. Develop and fine-tune ML models for time-series data using supervised and unsupervised techniques. Work on feature engineering pipelines that include signal processing, data normalization, and transformation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., hardware, firmware, mechanical) to understand data sources and context. Contribute to the deployment of ML models in real-time systems, ensuring performance and reliability. Design experiments, perform exploratory data analysis, and evaluate model accuracy and robustness. Communicate insights and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Basic Qualifications B.Tech. or M.S. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. 3 5 years of experience working on machine learning, data science, or applied AI projects. Proficiency in Python and common ML/data libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow/PyTorch). Solid experience working with real-time or time-series data from sensors (IMUs, force sensors, accelerometers, etc.). Strong understanding of pattern recognition and statistical modeling techniques. Familiarity with digital signal processing techniques such as filtering, FFTs, and feature extraction. Preferred Qualifications Understanding of kinematics and biomechanical data analysis. Prior experience in gait analysis, movement science, or human activity recognition is a strong plus. Knowledge of sensor fusion and multi-modal data integration. Experience deploying models in production or on embedded systems. Familiarity with tools like MATLAB, SciPy, or OpenSim is helpful.
